South Korean President Moon Jae In has appointed BTS as “Special Presidential Envoys for Future Generations and Culture.” As a result, they will be attending international conventions, including the 75th UN General Assembly in September. Many ARMYs also believe that since BTS will be going to the United States, they will participate in other events, such as this year’s Met Gala and award shows.
